IIRC many releases ago, the Last Used Date and Days Used Count for
the Member object that /owns/ the Access Path gets updated when that
permanent AccPth is chosen to implement a query. Thus the Display File
Description (DSPFD) for *MBR information would include an indication of
the usage. A SQL catalog VIEW implemented as a Table Function that
presents similar information, probably the Partition statistics, likely
expose that same information.
