IIRC, just create the image catalog entry, specifying the image size. Then mount it - you can then merely CPY files to the mounted drive under /QOPT.

It's been awhile, so, you know, YMMV.

If I use an image catalog (with a virtual optical device, I'm assuming) ... how do I copy the files to the the device? The CPYOPT command?
