Put the cursor in that field when prompting WRKLNK and press F1=Help to learn more ...

The *PRV means "previous" -- use the last value that was used for this command. (Many IBM commands have this behavior ...)

If you run the command and specify DSPOPT(*ALL), the next time you run it, if you leave DSPOPT default to *PRV, it should remember the value that was previously used, e.g. "*ALL" ... from then on.
