Yes you can pass parameters to a procedure in an rpg or c module. You can
pass by value or by reference.

At V5R4 in CL you use the CALLSUBR command. You can have a value returned
from the subroutine/subprocedure but you cannot pass parameters to it.
Variables are all defined globally. You cannot define variables within the
