I am in the midst of a DR test and so far have completed restoring the IBM libraries from the complete system save. Now when I try to 'update' the IBM libraries from an incremental backup it fails to replace existing objects - stating that they already exist.

I have ALWOBJDIF(*ALL) and MBROPT(*ALL) specified in the restore command defaults.

It looks like this *may* be limited to JRN, DTAQ, and USRQ objects but I am not 100% sure on that. Can they not be replaced from an incremental backup?

I know when I run system recoveries outside of BRMS I have had no problem restoring existing objects (not sure about the above three types though). I don't know why BRMS is not doing it. Any thoughts?
