I usually search by FC, CCIN and whatever i can figure until i get all of
them.
This site has a lot of those firmwares (and even though it says "legacy"
they are updated)

Server firmware updates, update the FSP.
Adapter firmware updates update the adapters.

You use the same process, but have to tick a couple of extra
boxes, look at a couple of additional screens, and you can't do
both at the same time.
