You might try the JAVA400 list...

I'm neither a Java nor performance guru...

But from what little I know, yeah 40% CPU queueing doesn't sound good. I
know java takes more memory and more CPU than RPG. In general, I'd be
hesitant to move from RPG to Java without a hardware upgrade.

What are your hardware specs and OS version?
