That's exactly it. Geez.

Thanks so much.

Mike,

Is it possible that you forgot to update the "short url" to point to the
test server? If the short URL is pointing at the wrong server, that
would explain why the program never gets run -- because it's running on a different server :-)

I've been using a program for a year or so that Scott Klement Developed to redirect long URLS to shortened ones. Programs OPENURL and REDIR.
This has been working fine, however, I'm running into an issue on my development machine and I'm at a loss as to how to resolve.

Basic premise is that from a green screen a user can hit a command key and open a document in our Document Management System.
Whats happening on my test system is that I'm not getting the correct document.

I've been trying to track down the issue but I've sort of hit a wall.
I've run through debug all the programs that run interactively and everything appears to be correct, now I'm trying to debug REDIR which is called from my server.
I've setup a SEP using user QTMHHTP1. Its not stopping on the program, and when I look at last used date, it shows May of 2014. I only have the one copy of the program.
Also, as much as the program isn't working correctly, it still appears
to be doing the redirect, just not properly I've looked at the log file for my REDIRECT server and don't see anything pointing to an error. Nothing in QEZDEBUG or QEZJOBLOG.

The other thing I've noticed is that on production there are 6 jobs
running for REDIRECT with the last one using QTMHHTP1, but in development I've only got 5(not the one with user QTMHHTP1) This seems like maybe where the problem is, but why isn't it running and how do I diagnose the problem.

I have stopped and restarted the server also.

Thanks for any insight.

Mike
