You do realize that if the programs are not in QGPL they're going to want
them in some other library rather high in the library list?

Was this a totally new system? Or was this a migration from some old
machine to a new machine? If it was a migration, how was it done? Like,
new name in a live side by side for testing purposes? Unload/reload
straight from the recovering your system manual or migration manual?
Everything done by hand and belief was that you just restored a few
libraries from the old system and that's a migration?
