Take a look at QSYS2/SYSPSTAT. The fields you want are

SYSTEM_TABLE_SCHEMA - Library
SYSTEM_TABLE_NAME - File
SYSTEM_TABLE_MEMBER - Member

The DSPFD command has options for generating a member list. The QUSLMBR API
generates a member list, too.
