RACK1HST and MAIL1 are the only active IBM i partitions at this time, or
ever have been on this new Power 8

Current properties, not profile properties, for MAIL1 are:
Processing Units
Minimum: 0.50 Sharing mode: Uncapped
Assigned: 0.50 Weight: 128
Maximum: 3.00 Shared processor pool: IBMi (1)

Tried to dynamically lpar MAIL1 and add 1.5 processors and I get:
The dynamic partitioning operation failed. - MAIL1
The dynamic add operation cannot be performed. Adding 1.5 processing units
to the partition in shared processor pool 1 will exceed the maximum
processing units of the shared processor pool.
