If this CPF3706 issue is encountered RSTLIB LIB(QSYS2), the resolution is
to delete the QSYS2/SYSLIMTBL and QSYS2/SYSIXADV files and then run RSTLIB
LIB(QSYS2) OPTION(*NEW) to restore the 80 missed QSYS2 objects before
continuing with the rest of the libraries.
You may have to run DSPDBR against the two files to delete related logical
files first. I did.
