See, Jeff did REORDER(*YES) which means that even if you already have this
PTF, reorder it again. Which may be useful for certain situations like:
- doing an unload/reload to a new machine and you're going to load lic
from distribution media to reduce outage of formatting disks and whatnot
therefore you'll have to reapply PTFs
- distributing them to multiple lpars.
But it will therefore make his PTF order huge.
