Well yes, if you get it configured correctly. Essentially it's done with an image catalog, a dash of NFs with a pinch of TFTP on a bed of bootp :-) So that makes it sound hard which it's not really it you assemble all the bits.

You must be on POWER6 or newer and IBM i 6.1 or newer and have an HMC attached. After that it's just the bits of the setup.
