The 571B is a long card with 2 external and 2 internal (the same 2 in
reality) U320 SCSI ports. Where did you wire those ports? Wait, you say you
replaced the original controller. Does that mean that you never had the
integrated raid card? the one that goes in a special slot under the disks
from the front?

The 2 disk back-planes are internal. And the new controller (571B)
both, if I recall correctly. I removed the original controller, andplaced
the 571B in that slot.list
