Now I'm a bit concerned.

HIPER group 111 is installed.
TR group 7 is installed.
TR group 8 is not installed.

MF99008 is set to apply at next IPL. And that's the only PTF set to apply
at next IPL.

Am I current enough on the HIPER group for TR 8?

There are several pages (5+) of 5770-999 and 1 page of 5770-SS1 waiting in
the wings until after MF99008 is applied.

I did a bunch of PTF's for clients the end of June. I ordered TR8 along
with
the groups and HIPERs. I did the cume package first, and then did
everything
else. TR8 went on with no problem.

After all the discussion here, I was a bit concerned, so I'm glad I waited
for a couple extra HIPER packages to be released.

Thanks Paul!

My plan is to have my cumes/groups I applied last night run until around
month end, and then I will apply them permanently. I'll check for the
existence of the *savf's after that is done.

Then just after month end we do a full restricted state system save, and
after that is done I'm going to apply TR8.
