IBM has it's a$$essment. Very good but not inexpensive
Carol Woodbury at Skyview Partners does one, very good.
Pat Botz does one. Not as automated as Carols
Townsend does one

IBM has tools but you have to draw the conclusions yourself, unless you
purchase their products.
In this case you get what you pay for. A quick overview is very cheap
(<$1K) a real review is more expensive.
