I 'm looking at some production code that runs daily and I think
you may be missing a single quote ?
Here are the constants used in the code I mentioned, note the
way the TOSTMF value is specified: starting with two single quote characters:
D CpyCsvA C CONST('CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(LCPVP10) T-
D OSTMF(''/voicepick/')
I think the rule is if you need a single quote in the command, you must
specify two single quote characters.
