3995 Needs a 2749 card.
That needs a 2944 or 2843 IOP.
That means you need an HSL Loop (12X Loops = No IOP)
That means either a 5790, 0595, or 5094 tower.
Any of the above can hold the 2844/2749 card.
Supported on V5R4M5, V6R1 or V7R1.
*NOT* Supported (AND will not work) on V7R2 even though the system itself supports V7R2.
