1) On PC, ensure LAN Manager Authentication Level is set to Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated

Tried rest of netserver profile. He also tried to remap the drive. He finally gave up and had me transfer the file - email attachment. And then his connections started working just fine.
