Use the Holiday calendars, these would be all your omits.
Examples below.
You can even use wildcards in the calendars when applicable, no need to update the year every year.


CYCDAY_ME Omits- Day Before BRC Billing and M/E Processing
CYCDAYAFTR Omits- Day after Cycle Billing
FOM_HOL Omits- 1st day of the Month and Pencor Holidays
PENCORHOL Omits- Pencor Holidays that MIS Staff is Off Work

12/07/14 *NONE
12/14/14 *NONE
1/31 *NONE
