Hi All,
I am having 2 versions of i-Series AS400 Servers in our project. One on V5R4M0 and another V7R1M0.
Outline of my requirement:
1. Need to transfer the files from a SFTP server to the above AS400 servers.
Current process:
1. Logging into the SFTP server from AS400 server
2. Giving "ls *.txt" and then downloading the text files into the AS400 Servers that are listed.
3. Disconnecting from the SFTP server.
Problem:
When there are no text files on the SFTP server, the V5R4 server doesn't return any error. But the V7R1 returns error which makes the job to go on MSGW. Attached is the error screenshot on the V7R1 server. This error doesn't occur on the V5R4 servers.
Steps tried:
Tried using "2> /dev/null" - didn't work on the SFTP server.
Can you please suggest some technique, which could suppress this error?
