DSPFD FILE(*ALL/*ALL)
TYPE(*BASATR)
OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)
FILEATR(*SAVF)
OUTFILE(YOURLIB/ALLSAVF)

I didn't try it, so if the TYPE doesn't work for an output file, try *ATR or one of the other options.

If you don't want IBM's SAVF's, use *ALLUSR for the library.

Do NOT do this interactively!!
