If you have TAATOOLS installed you can use DSPOBJD2 or if you want to see the object size you could do the following:

DSPOBJD OBJ(*ALL/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*FILE) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(yourlib/SAVF)

Create a query against the file you just created
ODOBAT EQ 'SAVF'
Ordering of selected fields
Field Sort Ascending/ Break Field
Name Priority Descending Level Text
ODLBNM Library
ODOBNM Object
ODOBTP Object type
ODOBAT Object attribute
ODOBSZ Object size: 9,999,999,999=Use

Thanks everyone, that was too easy.
I didn't really want to see the 1,000+ savf across 600 libraries.
It would be nice to see the size of each, similar to the DSPOBJD screen.
Our 3rd party apps request that savf remain on the LPAR, they use the savf as fix markers.

Is there an easy way to find every savf in all libraries on the LPAR?

Thank You
