I agree with Larry,
cloning / copying the NWSSTG is a quick approach even to move an LPAR to a different host
(if hosts are connected at GBit speed)

Depending on ressources one also might create a CL to start up the LPARs
with different IPs.

The concept of save and restore to a clone is great but you can also
simply duplicate the disks with CRTNWSSTG and skip the entire save and
restore cycle.
