Save hang on some journal receivers.

Well, the save doesn't really hang. It just takes over 24 hours to do one
step in the joblog (not even a command, just a step within that commmand)

Before IPL which put on PTF's the job ran from 17:30 until 01:12:56 the
next day. And the area of concern ran ok like this:

Note: #MXJRN* libraries are journals and journal receivers for Mimix. We
go way overboard on retention and detail. By far, biggest libraries on
system.

I'm getting no where fast with the ticket opened with IBM. They keep
drilling me about the SAN.

Even though my PTF's were somewhat recent I tried getting even more
recent:
SF99709: 710 Group Hiper two levels behind
SF99705: 710 Hardware and Related PTFs
SF99572: 710 Java
SF99368: 710 IBM HTTP Server for i
SF99362: 710 Backup Recovery Solutions
Put those on and IPLed again. Still no luck.
Other lpars using this san, and this tape library, are not having the
issue.

I'm about open to anything short of human sacrifice.
Last RCLSTG ran in 3:44:??. I could do that.
LTO4 fiber drive firmware is current at C7QH
Library firmware is a little behind at 635G.GS005. Available 640G.GS007
FSP firmware is current at EL350_149
I could go into SST and restart this card
