I know, this does not make sense.
I actually did NOT permanent apply the V6R1 PTFs.

Here's my thought. All my V7R1 CUM, PTFS were pre-applied and part of the DSLO image.
So all the space normally taken CUM, PTFs, etc, does not exist.
Does this make sense?
I'm still comparing PRTDSKINF from before and after the upgrade, searching for differences.
