Sorry if I missed it, but what are you using to do the PDF conversion? I
know for our SPLTOOL product we can set attributes of the PDF dependant
upon the spooled file attributes (among other things).

So if you have a report wider than 132 that means you may need to tell the
application to shrink the font (at the very least) in the PDF or the right
edge may appear truncated simply because the data ran off the available
"real estate" of the page itself.
