disk balancing with mixed disk sizes

Even though system asp is 90%, many of the drives are 91 - 95%
Does this seem right?
No window to reload / rebalance the system.
Upgrading from V6r1 to V7r1 soon. 
(already working on upgrade plan, but need to know if critical
issue for next few months)
System has 2 asps
