One fatal error is to have firmware updates happen from ptfs for IBM i. If
you have an HMC you should ALWAYS have firmware updates come from that -
without exception. No if's, ands or buts. Otherwise you may get to a
level of firmware that is incompatible with your HMC and get to the point
where you can no longer manage your Power equipment from your HMC.
