Are the other parent corp developers using anything other than standard 
Eclipse? That is a pretty good Java tool, itself.

Maybe they already have EE tooling, which is probably a plugin to 
Eclipse. Worth checking! I just googled for "java ee eclipse plugin" and 
got lots of hits.
