You should be able to go to ESS (Entitled Software Support) and then into
"Key Management"

I suggest that all IBM i shops go into this and play around BEFORE you
need it.
You'll have to ensure that your system is assigned to you. You may have
to see if you're the contact person for your company and if not, have them
add you as an additional, etc.
But that should show you what parts of IBM i Access for Windows you are
entitled to.
Everyone is entitled to iNav, and many other parts of IBM i Access for
Windows. 5250 display and printer emulation is not one of the freebies.
Thought about the new Java based "IBM i Access Client Solutions" but
