That works on all commands that are not proxies. With proxy commands
you have to go to the source to see that value. Example, QSYS/CRTBNDRPG
is a PRX command and shows nothing in APAR ID. But on
QDEVTOOLS/CRTBNDRPG it shows CHGDFT
