A little web search shows that although DDS created file should work
CRTSRCPF does work. Big difference between should and does. You could
open a ticket with IBM on that.
Also, not all errors appear. Just errors that would crash the command.
The internet search says truncation does not appear in that error file. So
if someone adds characters to your item number and it now exceeds the
column size it will just truncate it. And not report it. This would
concern me.
