Fonts available using FGID( Font Global IDs) see Printer Device
Programming SC41-5713-?? Appendix D: Table 21 Font Information for the
list of what the FGID's mean, followed by table 22 Font Substitution for
the substitutions that the printers are allowed..
Downloading or simply using Open Type fonts is a better solution. Just
verify that any actual printers that you are using supports them.

I need to give to management a list of "available" fonts...
I am outputting directly to pdf, so do I have other options than just
the FONT keyword?
