We have 2 phy interfaces on all our LPARS, 1 virtual, total of 3.
LPAR to LPAR traffic uses the virtual.
If you can't use a virtual, then you could set up a static route to force the interface of your choice.
By default, all traffic will go out the 1st interface in your list.
I don't think you can force all FTPs, you would need a static route for every target FTP.

Subject: Using different Ethernet interfaces

I have 2 Ethernet interfaces on my system. Right now all my TELNET traffic, FTP, DDM, ODBC etc. funnels through the first interface.

How can I get the FTP traffic FROM my system to another system, to use the second Ethernet interface?
