Remember that Ethernet cards count from the TOP down so T1 is top then 
T2 T3 T4. ALL OTHER Comm on IBM i counts from bottom UP.
The LAN console port is always the TOP Port on any Ethernet card no 
matter if it has one, two or four ports, that is to say, it's T1 on that 
card.
Yes Yes the creative among you can change that if you try hard enough 
but the default and automatically selected port for LAN console is T1.
The HMC and S1 and S2 Serial ports are not usable for LAN console.
