Really. I agree.

The best ever was Netopia. They let you choose a Bach concerto or Jimi Hendrix live at the Monterrey Pop.

Wonder if that linked you a particular tech support person.

Since I know several IBMr's monitor this service, how about pushing it up
the management chain to see what it takes? At least they get the IBM i part
right most of the time now.
