Re: cache battery expiration

You say 520 but didn't say where in the 520. It's possible that if the battery was not disconnected for the requisite 2-minutes that it did NOT reset and therefore the timer kept counting. Now you've got a 'dead' battery.

Since he needs to redo the process in order to correct the issue, make him bring a new battery too!
