OS Image Downloads after refresh

Hi All

Does anyone happen to know offhand whether the OS images (i.e. B_GROUP1_01
etc) changes after a refresh or just the LIC image ?

I'm trying to check whether I need to download a fresh set of OS images for
an install.

I think I only need to worry about LIC but I kinda just started wondering
if that was right or not.
