Sure enough - it is a task. We have been juggling it to the guys in charge of the system (Fuj**tsu) but they keep blaming the application...

Was somewhat hoping to find the PTF/APAR to shove down their throats :-)

Presumably that is a /task/ rather than a process. If it were a process, than as a /user/ process name, it would be something you need to investiage; i.e. does not start with a Q. The prefix "RM" for a task however, implies the task is owned by the LIC Resource Management feature.
