I wouldn't be concerned with that archive bit as much as I would be
concerned with this:
Can be saved . . . . . . . . . . . . . : Yes

I had two objects, one with alwsav(*no) and one with alwsav(*yes).
Named console.log and console2.log.
Ran this
SAV DEV('/qsys.lib/rob.lib/rob.file') OBJ(('/rob/console*.log'))
and I got
1 objects saved.
DSPSAVF ROB/ROB shows only console.log
Guess which one had alwsav(*no).

If you do the appropriate DSP* command are they in your save media?
If they are in your save media, then the restore should have something in
the joblog.
