The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

This would typically allow remote commands to be sent in plain-text
(with userid/password) over a network. So anyone who can sniff that
network can see the user/passwords and can therefore run commands on
your server.
But, if you're blocking access with a firewall and restricting it to a
LAN or VPN, then it should be relatively safe.
