Re: retrieve active jobs/job descriptions data

What do you actually want to know:

- what job description was used to initiate the job ?
- what job settings normally found in a job description are in effect for
an active job ?

Depending on what you want to achieve you may have to alter your approach.
Once the job is activated any number of settings specified in a job
description can be altered in flight so retrieving the job description for
an active job, and then the attributes for that job description does not
necessarily tell you what attributes are in effect for the active job.
