Use ALCOBJ, you can specify the wait time.

Type choices, press Enter.

We are running a process to fix object authorities for all objects in a
library.
Any object that has a lock waits for 2 minutes.
Is there a way to override or change this wait time to immediate.

These commands are done at a library level, so overriding the individual
object is not an option.
