For your old platters it would possibly work.

Haven't tried since we're usually migrating customers away from CM where storage usually goes to IFS or NAS within WebDocs :-)

Have you checked with IBM ?

Why not just move them all to disk ? I thought there were options for that beyond the virtual optical.
