I missed that the price is $2495 plus expenses! I guess when you wrap in
a mainframe conference into it you can charge a ridiculous fee - they're
used to paying that.

I always expect to be charged a little more for the tech conference than
COMMON since meals are more included there. (Although COMMON has gotten a
lot better with meals over the years.) But $2495 seems way over the top.
