SBMJOB A
SBMJOB B
DLYJOB 900
SBMJOB C
SBMJOB D
SBMJOB E
DLYJOB 900
SBMJOB F
SBMJOB G

If the parameter is the amount of time, just pass it in as the number of
seconds to delay, and use that variable on the DLYJOB.
