A really good place to find out this sort of info is here:

That page is, however, not specific to IBM i -- it's just IBM's reference for CCSIDs across all of their platforms. To see which ones are supported on IBM i, you can go here:
http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v7r1m0/topic/nls/rbagsccsidref.htm

I believe that 880 is the basic CCSID (and corresponding code page) used for Cyrillic. There's also 1154 which has the euro symbol. But, you'll have to take that with a grain of salt, as I've not needed to work with Russian yet.
