It depends when the "was" was......

Since the Fall conference was reestablished it was been consistently 
small-ish but not shrinking in size (growing and/or holding it's own 
more likely).  These smaller ones are great for the attendee's and the 
presenters because there is a better "vibe" IMHO. Opening was packed, 
lunch was packed and it looked like the vendors were getting lots of 
traffic at the Expo.  I had 40+ at my session and that was more than the 
Spring conference.  Great location as well.

And, it's been fun!  Good "entry" conference for folks who want a scaled 
down sample of the Common Annual Meeting and Spring Conference.
